Covid FAQs
  • If you have been exposed or think you have been exposed, it is critical to self-quarantine and monitor for any symptom development.
  • If you have been exposed and are asymptomatic, we recommend testing no earlier than four days after exposure. Testing four to seven days after exposure ensures a more accurate result.
  • Before testing, call us at 704-887-1101 to be screened or schedule a visit if needed.
  • Stay home when you are sick, except to get medical care.
  • Use a separate room and bathroom for sick household members (if possible).
  • Clean the sick room and bathroom, as needed, to avoid unnecessary contact with the sick person.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing, going to the bathroom, and before eating or preparing food. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
