Dr. Nadia Ahmed and Dr. Dylan Furtick are experienced Doctors of Pharmacy. They lead our dedicated pharmacy service team to ensure your treatments are safe, effective, and affordable. They have developed a Chronic Care Management Program for Medicare patients, helping them navigate chronic conditions and optimize medication use.
Dr. Nadia Ahmed, Pharm.D., brings over 20 years of pharmacy experience with a focus on patient-centered care, medication therapy management, and chronic disease support. She has worked in both community and long-term care settings and is passionate about helping patients understand their medications and improve their health outcomes. Dr. Ahmed lives in Cornelius, NC with her husband and their two sons, ages 13 and 7. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and quiet moments with her family.
Dr. Dylan Furtick, PharmD, BC-ADM, is a clinical pharmacist with over nine years of experience and a strong background in primary care. He specializes in diabetes management, nutrition, asthma, and cardiovascular health, offering personalized, evidence-based care to help patients optimize their medications and improve long-term health outcomes. Dr. Furtick works closely with patients and providers to ensure safe and effective treatment plans, with a focus on education, prevention, and whole-person wellness. Originally from Williston, SC, Dr. Furtick now lives in the area with his wife as they prepare to welcome their first child. Outside of work, he enjoys lake days, cheering on the Gamecocks and Charlotte sports teams, and sampling new bourbons.
