We will have adjusted hours during the holidays. The office will close at noon on Dec. 24 and will be closed Dec. 25–26. We will also close at noon on Dec. 31, and will be closed Jan. 1–2. Please submit prescription refill requests through the patient portal or call at least 48 hours in advance; refills are not processed on weekends unless urgent.
