Dr. Eric’s Resignation

Greetings,

It is with joy and sadness that we must inform you that Dr. Eric Sensenbrenner (aka Dr. Eric) is resigning from
Sensenbrenner Primary Care. He has been selected for a fellowship program to pursue specialty training in sports
medicine, a field that has been a strong interest of his for many years. So, while we will greatly miss him, we are
delighted that he has been presented with this exciting opportunity.

Dr. Eric has thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to get to know each and every one of his patients as well as the
opportunity to work with the incredible staff and providers at SPC. It has truly been a once-in-a-lifetime experience
to practice medicine alongside his father and the incredible staff of SPC. He is saddened to leave and wishes to
express immense gratitude to patients and staff for providing such an encouraging start to his career.

Sports medicine has been a passion of Dr. Eric’s since the very beginning of his career. In fact, his journey into
medicine began with a sports medicine internship in South Africa as an undergraduate. He has continued to enjoy
this area of medicine ever since and looks forward to pursuing this new opportunity.

Dr. Eric will continue to work in his current capacity at SPC until mid-June of 2024, ensuring a seamless transition
for his patients. We will miss Dr. Eric but wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

towards filling Dr. Eric’s position with another physician soon.
