Ingredients:
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 banana (for creaminess)
1/2 cup coconut milk (or coconut water for a lighter version)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)
Directions:
Blend everything until smooth. Add more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency. Pour, sip, and pretend you’re on a beach.
