Colorful Quinoa Salad

Ingredients 4 Cups of Cooked Quinoa3 Cups of Shredded Red Cabbage1 Cup of Shredded Carrots½ Cup of Chopped Red Pepper½ Cup of Edamame or Peas½ Cup of Asian Vinaigrette 1 Avocado3 TBSP of Tuxedo Sesame Seeds Directions Cook Quinoa per the directions on the package.
