🛒 Ingredients:
For the salmon:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

1 ripe avocado, diced
1 cup cooked corn (fresh or grilled for extra flavor)
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
