Pumpkin Protein Bites

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 2 scoops of protein powder (vanilla is preferable)
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • Dust with extra cinnamon if desired

Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Using a spoon, scoop out the mixture and roll into balls, dusting with extra cinnamon if desired!
