Pumpkin Protein Bites
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 2 scoops of protein powder (vanilla is preferable)
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)
- Dust with extra cinnamon if desired
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Using a spoon, scoop out the mixture and roll into balls, dusting with extra cinnamon if desired!
