COVID-19 symptoms include cough, congestion, sore throat, runny nose, fever, shortness of breath, headache and loss of smell or taste.
SPC will still require COVID-10 screening for other sinus or sore throat related symptoms.
You may be asked to screen initially and based on the result, given instructions to quarantine or be further evaluated by a provider.
Please note your symptoms evaluated onsite may result in a copay fee or be applied toward your deductible.
SPC cannot guarantee screening appointments for all patients based on volume of requests and availability and may refer some to area Urgent Cares and pharmacies
