Cool Cucumber Mint Refresher

This crisp, hydrating drink is packed with summer flavor and gentle on the stomach—no added sugars, just natural goodness!

Ingredients:

1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

1/2 lemon, thinly sliced

6–8 fresh mint leaves

3 cups cold water or sparkling water

Ice

Optional Boost:
Add a splash of coconut water or a few crushed raspberries for a natural electrolyte kick and light fruity twist!

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and let sit for at least 30 minutes in the fridge to infuse. Pour over ice and enjoy!
