Mood-Boosting Smoothie Recipe

You know those days when you can’t seem to shake that tired feeling? The old adage “you are what you eat” is certainly true! Try this colorful smoothie recipe for a boost of energy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup of Frozen Pineapple
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 3 Celery Ribs, chopped
  • 2 Cups of Coconut Water
  • 1 TBSP of Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Cup of Ice

Blend until smooth, adding more liquid as needed!
