- 6 Cups of Spinach
- 1/2 Cup of Chopped Walnuts
- 1/2 Cup of Feta
- 1 Cup of Sliced Strawberries
- Mix Together with your dressing of choice! Maybe try a light Balsamic for a healthier option but a Poppy Seed dressing is a delightful option as well.
- Let the salad stand for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
