Safety Requirements for Office Visits

We are open to caring for your medical needs.

Since the pandemic started we have increased sanitizing measures in our office and asked our staff to wear face masks for your safety. To ensure a safe office we are asking patients to wear a face mask in our facility.

Don’t forget, avoiding medical care can compromise your overall health, putting you at greater risk should you contract COVID-19. Please continue to prioritize your health and inquire if telemedicine might be an option for you.

We continue to monitor recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Below is the most up to date recommendations from the CDC. We appreciate your help in keeping our staff healthy, so we can continue to keep you healthy!

Any guest coming to Sensenbrenner Primary Care is asked to bring a face mask or cloth face covering to wear during their appointment. If they do not have access to a mask we will provide you with one.

To continue to ensure your safety we will continue to take your temperature when you enter our practice.

Please do your part in practicing social distancing. Avoid personal contact and stand at least 6 feet away from others.

We are asking that patients come to their appointment alone, but if you need someone to accompany you to your appointment, please limit guests to one person.

Remember, you don’t need to feel sick to have the virus! You could carry the virus without any symptoms.  Let’s all do our part!
