This warm and flavorful tonic contains turmeric, ginger, and lemon. It's easy to make and will help keep your immune system strong! Ingredients: 1 Tbsp fresh grated turmeric 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger 1 whole lemon (juiced) 1-2 tsp maple syrup 1 pinch cayenne pepper (or black pepper) 3 cups of filtered water Directions Add ingredient so a saucepan over medium heat.
