You can make these ahead of time to add to a cup of tea, your favorite seltzer, or even blend into a smoothie. The ginger in these ice cubes are a natural anti-inflammatory agent that can help soothe a sore throat or upset tummy. Give it a try!

  • Fresh Ginger
  • Honey
  • Fresh Orange Juice
  • 2 cups of water

Grate the fresh ginger into a small bowl. Mix with fresh orange juice, honey, and water. Pour mixture into the ice trays and freeze!
