Gluten Free Soft Ginger Cookies

1.5 Cups of Almond Flour

½ Cup of Coconut Flour

½ TSP of Salt

2 ½ TSP of Cinnamon

1 TSP of Ginger

3½ TBSP of Coconut Oil

1/3 Cup of Maple Syrup

2 TBSP of Molasses

1 Egg

Instructions:

  • Preheat Oven to 380℉.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  • With a spoon, scoop out the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Slightly flatten each scoop of cookie dough
  • Place in Oven and bake for 10-15 minutes (until golden brown)
  • Serve warm.
