Gluten Free Soft Ginger Cookies

1.5 Cups of Almond Flour
½ Cup of Coconut Flour
½ TSP of Salt
2 ½ TSP of Cinnamon
1 TSP of Ginger
3½ TBSP of Coconut Oil
1/3 Cup of Maple Syrup
2 TBSP of Molasses
- Preheat Oven to 380℉.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
- With a spoon, scoop out the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Slightly flatten each scoop of cookie dough
- Place in Oven and bake for 10-15 minutes (until golden brown)
- Serve warm.
