Mediterranean Couscous Salad

This delectable Mediterranean Couscous Salad recipe is the perfect side-dish or can be served as a main course and topped with your protein of choice! Ingredients: 2 Cups of Cooked Couscous1 Carrot1 Onion1 Golden Beet 1 Bunch of Parsley1/z ZucchiniLemon1 TBSP of Balsamic1/2 TBSP of Minced GarlicLemon1/2 Cup of Feta Directions: Chop up your carrot, onion, beet, and zucchini. Ingredients: 1 pound of breakfast sausage10 pieces bacon, cooked and diced up9 large eggs2 1/2 cups of milk1 tsp ground mustard1 tsp salt1/2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp black pepper6 slices of sourdough, tear into pieces1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese1 cup shredded gruyere cheesesour cream, chives, etc (optional as a garnish) Recipe: In a skillet, cook and crumbled your breakfast sausage and set aside.
