We've all heard the term "clean eating" but what does that really mean and how can it jump-start your health journey? Combatting Depression

At Sensenbrenner Primary Care, we are deeply concerned about the mental health of our patients and desire to care for all aspects of your wellbeing. The Mayo Clinic reports that around 10-20% of Americans may experience some sort of seasonal "winter blues." Additionally, around 5% may experience a more severe form of seasonal depression. The cold winter months coupled with the unprecedented emotional toll of Covid fatigue have led to a spike in mental illness, especially depression.
