Protecting Yourself Against Coronavirus

We are all hoping that our efforts to “flatten the curve” will prove effective in the coming weeks and months. But as states and counties begin to reopen businesses, it’s important to take personal preventative measures to protect yourself against getting sick. Here are some basic tips to keep you safe: Frequently wash your hands with soap and warm water for at least twenty seconds.Have a bottle of hand sanitizer nearby. Immune-Boosting Tonic

This warm and flavorful tonic contains turmeric, ginger, and lemon. It's easy to make and will help keep your immune system strong! Ingredients: 1 Tbsp fresh grated turmeric 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger 1 whole lemon (juiced) 1-2 tsp maple syrup 1 pinch cayenne pepper (or black pepper) 3 cups of filtered water Directions Add ingredient so a saucepan over medium heat. Natural Allergy Remedies

With the arrival of spring, many patients face seasonal allergies like hay fever. Although the blooming flowers and trees are a beautiful sight, the additional pollen can mean sneezing, runny nose, headaches, a scratchy throat, etc.  For many patients, these symptoms are simply unavoidable and allergy medicine is the only solution for relief.
